# Alcocol and substance

I want very much to quit Alcohol but am not able to do soo because of peer pressure its taking me away what can i do

Alcohol is one of the most difficult thing to quit as it seems to be so socially acceptable. For some who do not have substance use disorder— they just don’t drink. Which was super interesting to me as an alcoholic…

Anyway- what do you want to do? What makes you happy besides drinking? Do you volunteer, have hobbies, attend meetings or recovery groups? What do you think would be helpful?
