it was quite a tough road but I give glory to God.  
it’s not a easy decision but I tell you consistency and prayers is what really helped me move away from this so called addiction called MASTURBATION it’s really a very demonic one that takes away virtually almost everything ranging from energy, time, focus, money etc. what really helped me is that I made a very drastic decision. although it’s not a easy one but I tell you if one can stay focused it will be over
