Im on day 3 if no vaping and i have seen a lot of similarities to this as when i quit drugs. Im just wondering where others are at with this? It was a big crutch for me when i quit.

Not vaping but cigs! They were so tough… but like everything you do it one day at a time. One craving. One trigger at a time and then all the sudden you’ve made it through a day. Then a week. Then a month.

Ohh thats a tough one. I have had a back and forth battle with nicotine since my recovery and am currently losing that battle. I quite a few times and once for 2 years but yet here I sit. I don’t feel like I can speak on the topic except to state I know how difficult it is and feel for you! What are some things you have done thus far to get to day 3? You definitly inspired me
