New year resolution tips

I feel like most of the general population take new year resolutions for granted. This also reflects on individuals undergoing recovery. They are at times viewed as woke things, myths, culture, or just time wasting event.
Here are the steps I would advise
1: Call yourself to a meeting
2. Decide on what you want to achieve
3. Write down the priority
4. Choose things that their achievements can be easily measured or evaluated.
5. Adopt a bundle of resolutions
6. Write them down
7. Be affirmative, positive, open minded.
8. Evaluate
