Personally,
I have grown up with one parent who is a chimney of a smoker and the other is like the factory for beer manufacturing. Through life, I also fell into addiction. It was tough because I was in a comfort zone and the normal societal checkpoints were dysfunctional. My therapist advised I change my environment then start the journey effectively because I had previously had failed attempts of quitting.
Relocating came with increased responsibilities forcing me to increase the rate of care.
If the environment is unsuitable, then there’s only one way.
Thanks. Anymore tips?
