We all have different ways of dealing with our triggers to use. For me when I get depressed sometimes its a trigger. When I start to feel depressed or overwhelmed I do Zentagle art or diamond dots. I am interested to see what others do.

My sponsor always tells me to “go walk”! So I go walk… sometimes

OOO I love Zentangle! I forgot about that! I was really into it a few years ago and I might just need to get back into it! What helped me with triggers was understanding the brain and how triggers are a process of healing. If we can get through each trigger and acknowledge them for what they are they get smaller and insignificant.
