Hello. I have been struggling not to drink. I know it is bad for me and it is killing my motivation to do anything. My boss found out about it because I smelled like alcohol at work and I was fortunate that she did not terminate me but now HR requires me to go to AA meetings and have a court slip signed to bring to HR to show that I am doing better. I have been going to the meeting but since I am not religious it feels very forced. I know the people are trying to help but just suddenly believing in jesus out of the blue doesnt make any sense to me.
