I smudge everyday. This helps me calm down when I am angry or upset, or when I want to be grateful! Mental Health isnt talked about enough

Find a good therapist lol Best thing I ever did :slight_smile: I also work really hard to find beauty and contentment in the quiet. In where I am and what im doing. Engaging in only the things that bring value to my life
