My mental health

Things were going great for a while, I thought I had it all together, a successful career, loving relationships, and a comfortable lifestyle. But deep down, I was struggling. The pressure to constantly perform, the fear of failure, and the weight of expectations from others began to take its toll. I withdrew to myself and became intolerable, I was conscious about hurting those around me also, and tried different coping mechanisms too. I was finally persuaded to seek professional help, and that has been my routine till date

I Second @krevwon therapy is the best! Everyone needs therapy, addicts, normies, people who dont think they need it. Its so great to have a trained unbiased person to support you.
