Recoveredcrackhead

Hello to All,

I am new to this…forum/message board/group. I’ve been a recoveredcrackhead for a couple years, with chronic relapsing for a few more. And personally I believe I have some divergent “mental health” issues. But being old, I’ve learned to live with them.
Recovery was interesting, if not exciting. Some wins, some losses and now I’m heading back out into the land of homelessness. Because I care, because I help, because I’m old. Looking for adventure and willing to work hard for food.

Be Well,
Larry

PS if you don’t smoke crack, please don’t start. If you do and want to quit, I understand and am willing to help. If you have quit, please share how that was accomplished.
Thanks

Hey @Larrylive glad you’re here! I relate to your experience- chronic relapse, neurodivergence. Never ventured into crack- hear its hell. But am in recovery from other substances that fucked up my life horribly. Are you here in MN?

I’m so glad you’re a resource for others who are looking for help.

This is probably the most thought provoking post I read on this platform. I appreciate you Larry for making me think deeply about a broader picture and the immense universe behind every person I come in contact with.

Dear V,

I apologize for the delay, I tend to surf the recovery forums during times of boredom.

Life has become very exciting. I currently am in Tennessee, no wait, Virginia er, both, kinda. What that means is I am in Bristol, so it depends on which side of the street.

I hope all is well with you and yours,

Regards,

Larry

Dear B,

That was a most excellent response, I use it often.

What do you do most to be helpful in life?

Regards, Larry

Dear Cash,

Thank you for the comment and the considerations.

I hope all is well with you.

Larry
