What are some sober family activities to do in the winter?

Sliding when it’s not to cold, or family game nights.

We have a Friday night movie night with pizza. My kids are younger and LOVE it and we get to be lazy. Doesnt happen so much in the summer because we have a bunch going on and getting outside is top priority but in the winter its just about every week. All disney movies, but I dont mind.
