It’s one of those days where the brain just feels foggy. Probably going to need a little extra caffeine and some movement.
When you’re just not feelin it for the day ahead how do you motivate yourself to get moving?
I have two things that will generally get me started. 1) Make a list of small tasks, really small, get it done in 5-10 minutes small, and then start doing them. 2) go for a run. Doesn’t have to be long, just enough to get everything warmed up.
