Alcohol was bad to me

Hello everyone , I hope you are doing well in this festive season I would like to share what helped me being sober from alcohol.

I replaced drinking with running, which clears my mind, and journaling, which helps me process emotions. Spending time with supportive friends and family keeps me grounded and motivated.

I would also like to hear what helped you getting sober.

As simple as it sounds, this might be genius in itself. I also practice archery and chess instead of drinking.
