Has anyone found helpful ways to cope with anxiety and depression? I tried cognitive behavioral therapy and regular counseling, but it wasn’t super helpful… Wondering if you’ve found any useful support groups or other tools/communities.
Well I do take medication for my anxiety and depression but I try not to take it all the time I don’t want to become dependent on the meds I find that getting a blanket and curling up in my recliner and reading for a hour takes my mind off everything else and I let myself get engrossed in the book . Try that it’s really relaxing
