Beginning to excercise

I noticed how stiff and inflexible I felt after a training class of mainly sitting for about 6 hours, so I started going to the Y this week. I am getting up earlier and doing yoga 2x per week and taichi 1x per week. This is my first week and I am feeling happy about making some changes to take better care of my physical health

Nice work! I too am trying to change my health habits. I like the gym but my most dangerous enemy is my brain telling me I don’t need to go. I love that you are doing this. I hear the sooner you do this the longer you live! Keep me posted! @villebrun57
