How does exercise benefit your recovery?

Does exercise play a role in your recovery ? Is it an important piece of your new lifestyle ?

For me , i feel it’s essential. I just love the way I feel during and the after. I look at it like a victory in my recovery. And it really doesn’t matter what you do, just getting started is key.

I agree and make sure to keep the consistency. But I love the benefits from working out. Mental and physical.

I want to be someone who exercises so bad. I dont know why I hate it so much lol. I have gone through these exercise kicks when I go hard for a few months and its crazy how noticible the change it! I dont know why I cant stick with it.

It takes a lot of consistency and pushing yourself to go. But after a while you will crave the gym. lol at least I do. I’ve been going to the gym over a year now. I absolutely love going. Changes my whole mood.

Yea after I had my second I joined a small gym with a trainer and he held the baby while I lifted. I loved going, changed a lot for me! And then like it usually does just fizzled. Theres this weird hump I need to get over, I usually only last a few months but those few months are WONDERFUl
