Creating rituals

One thing that I have added to my recovery on a daily basis is creating a ritual for myself. Everyday I smudge with Sage,Cedar and Bear Root. I sing a traditional Ojibwe song, the Tobbaco Song and pray. This has become a very important part of my day and helps me get centered

I smudge after work because I work in a clinical setting. I use sweet grass, sage, and cedar. I have never heard of bear root before! That sounds amazing!

it is and so cleansing and healing.I get it at Precious Moments nd grind it up,but also can stick a tiny piece in your mouth if youre feeling anxious
