Welcome @P.Howze! Im no longer in a sober house, its been years but yea, lots of issues with power trips in the dudes that managed but also from the people that lived there. Looking back I realized everyone was just trying to figure their own shit out. A few of them didnt last long ha. To manage a bunch of dudes in recovery you had to leave your own ego at the door. Lots of guys thought they knew whats best based on what worked for them. They didnt last long
