Hello, I am Austin man in recovery. I learned to cope with my mental health aspect of my addiction. I took roughly 6 different classes for anger management as well. I have 4 years 5 months sober. The day I was sure I need the help to get over the internal issues with these things. After completion it really helped shape me into a better version of myself.

I can relate to the anger management. When I was younger I had some periods where I felt angry about everything. I remember taking some stuff out into the yard and destroying it just to release the tension.
What are some ways you handle it now?
