I was once a victim of anger mismanagement and whenever I get angry, I find it hard to let go of the grief but I discovered one trick which is
"EXERCISE” Whenever I exercise my heart automatically beats in a different direction which helps change my mindset instantly from being angry to catching my breath. It’s such an amazing feeling and that’s how I was able to get my anger back in control.
This has helped me mentally and physically.

There are numerous ways how to get rid of anger. Listening to good music and sounds also helps.

Did you get any clinical support? How did you figure out exercise was the cure? Also how did you figure out that it was part of grief?
