What is one thing that helped you through grieving, in a healthy/positive way?

Over the decade I have learned a lot about grieving. One thing that has helped me was trying new things. For example; new foods, new hobbies, and traveling to different places. My thought process behind that is because I lost two brothers at a young age (16 & 19) in which they were not able to experience much.

Just doing it sad. Remembering who they were and what I believe they would want for me. Truly realizing grief never goes away, we just learn to carry it differently.
