Hi everyone. This is a trigger day for many, myself included. Being surrounded by people partying or using whether at a home party, family party, or bar can be a challenge to sobriety. I know many live by staying sober 24 hours but today can be minute by minute. Whatever it takes. Many hugs and encouragement to all my addict brothers snd sisters. Keep going. Even if it’s a crawl.
